This policy explains how whereisrobby.com (“we”, “us”) handles information. whereisrobby.com is a small personal site that shows a live map of Robby’s runs from a Garmin inReach GPS tracker.

• Server logs. Our server records IP addresses to rate-limit requests and protect the site from abuse.
• Cheers. The name and message you send with a cheer are shown publicly on the map during that run and kept with the run’s record; email shytaco@zohomail.com to have one removed.

There are no user accounts, and we do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

How we use your information

• We use IP addresses in server logs only for rate limiting and security.

How we store and share information

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may disclose information if required by law.

Removing your information

To have a cheer removed, email shytaco@zohomail.com.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
